Halladays Tearooms & an OOTD

I had a rare midweek day off this week which resulted in Alice and I being able to have a nice couples day. We have mentioned about going to Halladays Tearooms for years but we either didn't make or when we did it was packed, so we made sure that we got up early to get a seat and enjoy someone else make us breakfast for a change.

Halladays Tearooms is a little vintage tearoom that is located in Bedford Place, Southampton. It is the cutest tearoom I have ever visited and definitely a bloggers dream. We arrived at around 8:30am in the morning, took a seat, grabbed some coffee before browsing the menu. The plan was to try their pancakes which are pretty infamous in Southampton, but unfortunately for myself they only had one set left and being the nice guy that I am, I let Alice have them while I ordered the Eggs Benedict with bacon. We had our breakfast, drank coffee, took the piss out of each other and just enjoyed a rare morning together. It helped that the food was incredible and filled our stomachs before some shopping too.

Once we finished our coffees we took a walk through one of Southampton's many parks, this also provided the perfect spot for an outfit post. I decided to wear my River Island coat, my Regent Clothing Scarf*, Diesel Jeans and New Look trainers to keep me warm in the brisk Autumn cold.
