Robin Hood at The Mayflower

"HE'S BEHIND YOU". Yes that's right ladies and gentlemen It's Panto season and last night I went to see a performance of Robin Hood The Mayflower Theatre in Southampton. This was the first time that I had ever been to see a Pantomime and I went with the girls at Southampton Bloggers, so I knew that this was going to be a good night.

Flapjacked Mighty Muffins and Pancakes Mixes

With Christmas edging closer each day and the usual thoughts that I will eat everything in sight over the holiday period, to then start afresh in the New Year. I decided to to get a head start with the healthy eating and starting"fresh year, fresh eating" ideology a little early.

Why I Like The Male Blogger Label

I recently read a post in regards to the Male Blogger "label" and how it could lead to exclusion. I can't remember who it was that wrote the post but I wanted to explain why I disagree with it. I want to make it clear that while I disagree with the previously mentioned post, this is not an I'm right, they're wrong post, it's a topic that I feel is probably worth a bit of discussion.

It's that time of year, Christmas is here and it's everywhere we look, Now it's hit December I'm more than happy to join in the festive season hype. Now when it comes to Christmas I seem to be quite hard to buy for, not because I want everything new and expensive, I am just happy and grateful for what ever I receive. So in an attempt to help with this, here is my Christmas wishlist.

Tacobell Rings In Southampton

I am a huge fan of Mexican food so when I found out that Tacobell was coming to Southampton, I was pretty damn excited. I was invited to a VIP Launch Party alongside the girls from Southampton Bloggers, some other influcencers within the local area and the 3 golden taco winners (If you saw my tweets, 3 people who found the golden tacos won a years supply for free!)

On Guard With Overwatch

Overwatch is a game that I have wanted from the first moment I saw it released in May. Produced by Blizzard Games (Creators of Hearthstone and World of Warcraft) Overwatch is a fast paced first person shooter, in which two teams of 6 face against each other fighting towards an objective.

L'Oreal Pure Clay Face Masks

Face masks are a favourite of mine when it comes to my skincare routine. Every other weekend you're likely going to see me walking around with my face in a different colour and pulling faces while it drys pretending to be The Hulk, so the more colourful the better. I had the opportunity to try the new L'Oreal Pure Clay Masks recently and one I've been intrigued to try.

The Wind In The Willows At The Mayflower

The last time that I went to the theatre was on a school trip around the age of ten or eleven to see The Nutcracker, so it had been quite a while since I had sat down and watched a musical. This changed on Friday night when the Southampton Blogger girls and I all got together to watch the new adaptation of The Wind In The Willows at The Mayflower.

Gears of War 4: Lancers at Swarm

WOOOOOOO, IT'S GO TIME BABY. Now that I have gotten my inner Augustus Cole out of the way, anybody who has followed me on twitter will know I have been pining for Gears of War 4 as for the last month. So after a bit of a shit week and just wanting to get home, I walked in to my bedroom to find that I had an XboxOne with Gears of War 4 on the bed. (Have I said I have the worlds best fiancee?!).

Oxygen Freejumping

After meeting up with the Sotonblogger girls a few months ago to try out Orange Rooms Freakshakes, it was time to for another meetup and this one was with a bit of a difference. We went to Oxyygen Freejumping trampoline park in Southampton to burn off the calories from previously mentioned Freakshakes but also have a go at bouncing around at one of the newer trends currently going.

Halladays Tearooms & an OOTD

I had a rare midweek day off this week which resulted in Alice and I being able to have a nice couples day. We have mentioned about going to Halladays Tearooms for years but we either didn't make or when we did it was packed, so we made sure that we got up early to get a seat and enjoy someone else make us breakfast for a change.

Male Body Confidence & Image

Being body confident and having body positivity is all about not being ashamed of your size, shape or weight and liking or loving yourself the way you are. After a blogger chat last week I wanted to talk about male body confidence. As someone who has in the past failed to do this, it is a concept that I can now fully get behind. I have however found, that the majority of support for Body confidence is mainly female based and it got me thinking, that there isn't that the same support among men.

Pumpkin Picking At PickWell Farm

On what was meant to be a lazy Sunday morning Alice and I went up to Pickwell Farm in Eastleigh to go pumpkin picking with Halloween soon upon us. We had been meaning to go up to Pickwell earlier in the summer to collect Strawberry's and other summer fruits but we were unsure how far away the farm itself was.

My Technology Wish List

So when the opportunity arose to review Philips Christmas Gift ideas alongside Alice, it was one that I was definitely interested in.

At Home In The Man Cave

All guys know that having your hair on point is a must! You can't look fly if your hair is looking a mess, but you don't get a trim if you don't trust your barber. It's a catch 22 situation. Luckily for me, Southampton has Man Cave Male Grooming, a barbers in the city centre. Man Cave Male Grooming was created by Valter and Leon in 2015, with the idea that the barber shop experience in Southampton was lacking and they had a way to fix this.

The NFL is back in full flow and today the Indianapolis Colts and the Jacksonville Jaguars play each other at Wembley Stadium in the latest instalment of the NFL London game series. I wanted to take today as a chance to look back to November last year when I attended the game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Detroit Lions.

A Day On The Emerald Princess

I've lived in Southampton for the last six years and there is hardly a day that goes by where I don't see a ship in the dock, or hear the sounds of the horns playing tunes before their next journey (Which I love). So when Princess Cruises invited myself and several other bloggers from SotonBloggers a chance to walk around the Emerald Princess I was definitely interested. Having never been on a Cruise ship before I was excited to see what people get to experience while they are traversing from one country to another.

The experience was for the majority of the day, so I got to arrivals early so that I could get checked in and meet/catch up with the other bloggers that where also in attendance. We then made our way through security and on to the ship. It was like going into different world. The Emerald Princess has recently had a multi million pound refurbishment and you could see this as soon as you stepped aboard.

We started in one of the bars and were offered complimentary cocktails and bakery goods (The best breakfast). We then went on the tour starting in the Share restaurant, going on to view the cabins, on board cinema and then when up to the upper decks to see The Sanctuary spa. In tropical conditions this would be the ultimate spa, where you can top up your tan while enjoying a facial. We then ended our tour by going into the Galley. Once the tour was complete, we all sat down to have a three course meal lunch and had another chat. The food was amazing and the service we had was friendly and attentive. After this it was sadly time to depart as the Emerald Princess was about to embark on an 11 day cruise to the Canary Islands.

I loved the time I spent aboard and honestly wished I was one of the people going away for a few days to paradise.

Sotonbloggers Freak Shake Event

On Saturday I met up with twenty bloggers at Orange Rooms in Southampton, for the Sotonbloggers Freak Shake event. This was the first blogging meet up I had been to since starting blogging, I arrived at 12:30 with a few others to help set up the event then made my way to the bar to grab a Mojito (what else would I have?!). The weather unfortunately was cold and wet but everyone that came was nice, friendly and more than happy to sit down and talk about blogging.

Lush - Ickle Baby Bot

You can guarantee a trip made into town is always an excuse for browse in Lush Cosmetics but I find the majority of their products are aimed at the female audience, guess what.... Men wash too and occasionally we also like a bath bomb in our baths for a little masculine pampering. Whenever Alice drags me in to shove flowery scented products up my nose there is one I always make sure goes in the basket for me and that is Ickle Baby Bot.

Today I want to share my fairly humble gaming set up. Now it isn't the most flash or technologically advanced set up you're ever going to see but it is something that I have slowly put together over a period of time and I am happy with it. Up until around March, I was predominantly a console gamer. I had dabbled in some PC gaming with League of Legends but I never decided that it would be my focus, until I managed to piece together the following...
